If you want to access the solution for the first time, complete the requested data in the "User Login" section.
Upon entering you will be required to change your initial password with a new one. Should not possess user, follow the instructions shown below:

• If you are a Citi customer who will use the solution as a biller, please contact your local representative CitiService, calling the numbers listed to access the "Support" option from the main menu.
• If you are a user who uses the solution as payer, please contact the company that issued your bill to manage access to the solution.
