Access problems?
If you find problems when trying to access the solution, please check the following:
- You must have a valid username and password, which you have recently used. If you are trying to access for the first time, see the link in the "User Login" section.
- Check that is not activated the Caps Lock.
- Make sure you are entering the name of your company and your user correctly.
If after reviewing the above, it is still not possible to access the solution:
- If you are a customer Citi trying to enter as biller, please contact your local representative CitiService, calling the numbers listed to access the "Support" option from the main menu.
- If you are a user trying to enter the solution as payer, please contact the company that issued your bill to resolve the issue of access.
